TH Telemedic, hereby, understands the importance of User privacy policy and based on User Privacy Policy, We, TH Telemedic, retrieve and secure and protect all user records for our app user information, as know your consumer basis.

We, TH Telemedic, ensure that do not disclose to any other third-parties in any statement and only cooperate and share necessary information to Government Ministry of Health under the statement, procedure and direction of according to Myanmar Law, Protecting the Privacy and Security of Citizens (Union Parliament Law 5/2017) 8 March 2017.

App Users, hereby, well understand and declare and agree all the statements of TH Telemedic above as a user agreement and non-disclosure to third-parties but allow to act and share the necessary user information to the Government Ministry of Health.

User Information Privacy and Security Statement

We, TH Telemedic, main objective is to protect and secure the information of platform users. We, TH Telemedic, well statement that how we will collect user information, users have to use our platform in manner, how we, TH Telemedic, collect and secure users records and information, which will apply to all any personnel (all practitioners, Providers, End-Users and Visitors).

Using all our services and platform may apply all our statements and general policies. We, TH Telemedic, hereby, assumes that users agree with all the statement privacy and policy under our agreement and statements. We, TH telemedic, remove, replace, renew and upgrade the parts of the policies and statements from time to time. Moreover, users disagree or state of mind changes in any circumstance, users will not disobey or misuse and share information of all of our services to anyone or any parties and this agreement will remain effective for minimum 3 years unless users have not the agreement. In the special case, TH telemedic, we assume the middle users (e.g., family members, friends and co-workers) agree that all statements and app policies, behalf of the patients, will be responsible for this agreement of privacy, security and responsibility of platform users.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We, TH Telemedic, collect and retrieve the user information to make a better improvement of our platform. To use our service and platform, users may have to agree with all the statements and willingly provide the contact, personal email, phone, websites or apps and others as a record in our system, in order to communicate well in person.

How we collect personal information

We, TH Telemedic, uses the user information as a record and use for the following statement;

In avoidance of doubt, We, TH Telemedic, will take extra more necessary information, with prior users’ permission and willing.

Unless users will contact and inform TH Telemedic organization to discontinue our services, this agreement remains effective for 3 years.

A) Registration and Login with User Information

Users need to register in our apps with their truthful and complete information. We assume that entered information is correct but if users may need the information changes or modification, please contact our Data Protection Officer.

Users can skip registration meanwhile users may not get full version experience of our apps’ and services. To get full version experience, users must provide their “NAME, ADDRESSES, CONTACT PHONE NO., EMAIL, BIRTHDATE, FATHER NAME AND SECRET PIN PASSCODE” and users are solely responsible for any personal information entered in registration forms.

While login, a user can use his/her personal phone number to make a direct login method without registion. We have kept your device information and login time as a record to update you while using the apps to verify it is you.

B) Complete registration of App Users

Users have to complete the User Profile in our mobile app. If you have wrongly stated his/her personal information, the user can update or correct it by sending an email under Contact Us page and calling our help-desk phone number.

C) How to take Booking to see a doctor

While booking registration, app users at least complete the Patient’s name, Age, Gender, Contact, Phone number, Time and Date.

D) Before seeing doctor, Taking Pre-visit Note & Consultation Note

App User needs to provide Patient Looks and Situation, Medical Records, and Diagnosis of Disease to the relevant doctors and physicians as pre-visit notes. Patients need to disclose in advance for any allergies with medication as a pre-visit note. Doctors or physicians will provide the users medical prescription and Consultation Note. If users do not understand or need consultation about the given medical prescription Consultation Note e.g, different brand but same medical ingredient, users can immediately contact via apps to get appointments with Doctors or Physicians.

Please note : Doctors or Physicians either app platform service personnel do not have any obligation if patient or app user may take wrong medication which is not written in physicians or doctors’ prescription. If patient may have “serious illness, skin disorder, short breathe, vomiting, diarrhea or symptoms” after taking medicine, please stop taking any medicine and patient or app user need to contact immediately with Physicians or doctors via our app.

Maintaining and Protecting the records of user

We, TH Telemedic, collect app user information until completion under existing Myanmar Law. If the collection is not reasonable or not relevant with the Law or business, your data will be erased or halted.

We, TH Telemedic, provide data protection planning to protect users information such as, least data collection, verification, PIN Passcode security, Anonymous, One time password, Routine check-up system, and user notification and security encoding for data.

User awareness is an important key in security to protect your PIN passcode, Phone Number and email. If users are aware of lost phone, hacked email or anything personal login account is lost, contact our help-desk until you retrieve or renew your personal login account or phone no.

Myanmar Citizen Policy and Law

We, TH telemedic, only disclosed to legal entity according to the following;

  1. To follow the existing law, any warrant letter to specific person
  2. Disclosure is to protect ourselves, our right and to protect other from fraud and insecurity
  3. To protect and secure other citizens and its possession from fraud and insecurity in order to verify the information by legal entity.

Our partners, agents and cooperated companies

We, TH telement, works third parties such as partners, agents and cooperated companies with good will and complete our app system for technology, investigation, observation and managing emails, lucky draws, competition and managements. We ensure users that we share only limited data to our third parties. All our partners, agents and cooperated companies have been contracted for data privacy and protection as well as Non-disclosure agreement for us, TH Telemedic and vice versa to app users.

Users can share the relevant partner companies to get ads, promotions and contents as you may be interested in improving your user experience to purchase the products and services. But we, TH telemedic will notify and protect the user from any harmful, suspicious spam, fraud and insecurity from fraud or default companies in order to have a safer environment under Myanmar existing law.

Market Research

We, TH Telemedic, or our agents and third-parties will request several surveys for market research to our app users via email or our app. Such survey, users have to submit his/her name, ID, Contact No; ,Email and personal information with no error and of course, there will be a “lucky draw”. Submitted survey will be shown and used in app for ads or plan and how benefit of the market research. Your personal information will be used for lucky draw legally. The term and condition will be shown as a link in our app.

Gallery for users’ thought or idea, meeting and forum

In our app, there will be newsfeed for information sharing and forum, comments and message center for community communication. Moreover, We, TH Telemedic, will organize Medical professionals for online meeting and knowledge sharing sessions.

Service and Device information

When a user uses our app, for your internet security, our app will save your IP address or URL, Browser information, you may like information, Cookies and particular information such as Your search, Click, Your Browsing Time and Date in our server automatically. Moreover, we will save and collect your device information such as Software Version and Hardware version of Mobile Phone Model (IMEI), Computer Device Information, MAC address and Trademarks, Apps Version in our server.

Cookies and other security measurement

To watch users' interaction with apps, our technical partner will use your cookies, “ We Beacons”. and Mobile identifiers, other technology. We also use other technology to know what you may like, and user app activities and other.

Transferring Myanmar domestic information to other foreign countries

If the user location is in other countries, the user must allow your location GPS to save in our server. We, TH Telelmedic have to provide your device information to other countries. Therefore, we will ask your acknowledgement to make the transfer and User must follow Myanmar and other countries’s Law, Rule and Regulation for your own security.

About Updating and Effectiveness of Policy

We, TH telemedic, collect and retrieve information for usage and disclosures, contract, permission and other Law, Rule and Regulation. We will update our policy frequently based on requirements. Users can notice the policy update based on document version and date. We will notify our app user about policy update acknowledgement via emails and apps for registered users. Continuing using our apps or services deems users have acknowledged about policy updates in future and now on.

Refund Policy

The refund policy applies to your use of the TH Telemedic mobile application (or "we," "us," and "our"). Users of TH Telemedic Application are referred to as “You” or “Users” or “ the User”. By using the TH Telemedic application, you agree to our refund policy. Please read our refund policy carefully.

TH Telemedic is a digital product application that provides telemedicine and health services through a digital platform. You need to register your TH Telemedic account to use our platform. When registering a TH Telemedic account, we will ask you to provide your valid phone number and your basic personal information.

Price and Payments

Prices are inclusive of consultation, agent and service fees in local currency as indicated on the application. Consultation fees may vary by physician, and prices for services are subject to change at any time in accordance with company policy.

Getting Booking Appointments and Cancellation

You need to ensure that you have sufficient online payment applications to get your booking. You need to make an online payment for an appointment before 4 hours of your booking.

The appointment will be approved after your payment is successful. An invoice will be presented for payment during the booking process. You can cancel your appointment before the doctor accepts it. However, once the doctor has confirmed your appointment, the appointment cannot be canceled.

Return and Refund

If the doctor cancels your booking appointment, we will refund into your account by only KBZ Pay for cancellation or you can use that refund for the next rescheduled booking appointment.
